Work  /  Corporate Wellness Platform

A wellness brand that kept moving.

A corporate wellness platform wanted more clients. We built the foundation, then stayed for years to keep it growing, current and relevant.

Where they were

Ready to grow, and ready to be taken seriously.

The platform helps companies run wellness programs their employees actually use. They were looking to build their clientele.

To get there, they needed a solid website and sales material. They also needed a brand that spoke to everyone in the decision: the CEO, HR, and the employees who would open the app every day.

What we did

Three moves that built the brand.

01

A foundation built to sell

We set them up with a solid website and sales material, built to bring in new clients. Then we kept it growing, with a refresh every other year so the brand stayed current and relevant.

  • Website and sales material
  • A full refresh every other year
  • User experience that kept improving

02

Different readers. One brand.

The CEO, HR and the employees using the app each needed something different. So did investors, insurance programs and resellers. We changed how we spoke to each one, and what we said, while the brand stayed consistent everywhere. That meant understanding each audience’s needs, then giving them the right call to action at the right time to convert.

  • Messaging for CEO, HR and employees
  • Investor, insurance and reseller material
  • The right call to action, at the right time

03

Movement you can see

People stay with what they can see. We created in-app animation that shows movement and progression, so every step feels like progress. Then we added rewards programs that give people a reason to take part.

  • In-app animation for movement and progression
  • Rewards programs for participation
  • UX that keeps people coming back

More moves

Everything we did to keep them growing.

Wellness portal and mobile refresh presented on desktop and tablet.

Refresh

Every other year, current again.

A regular refresh kept the brand, the site and the material relevant as the market moved.

Rewards

A reason to take part.

Rewards programs gave employees incentives to participate, and gave HR a reason to roll it out.

Motion

Progress you can see.

In-app animation that shows movement and progression, so each step feels like a win.

Sales

Material for every conversation.

Sales and promotions built for the CEO, the HR lead and the reseller in the room.

Broker benefit sheet and partner information design.

Partners

More than the buyer.

Content for investors, insurance programs and resellers, each in their own language.

Implementation guide and core philosophy pages in a finished wellness booklet.

Inside

Strategy from the inside out.

Internal strategies so the team told the same story the brand did.

What changed

Years

Not a one-time project. A partnership that kept the platform growing, current and relevant, refresh after refresh.
