Work  /  Reach Reporting

A working app that needed a way to sell.

Reach Reporting had a logo and a functional financial reporting app, but no website that sold it. We built everything around it: the site, paid ads, CRM, nurturing, outreach, content and search.

Where they were

A real product. No way to sell it.

Reach Reporting is a startup that builds financial reporting software for accountants, advisors and finance teams. They had a logo and an app that worked.

What they didn’t have was a website that sold it. Several marketing partners had come and gone. Their competitors had 20-person marketing teams and multi-million dollar budgets. We started at ground zero. We didn’t try to outspend anyone. We worked as one team with Reach’s people, across departments, and built a foundation that compounds.

What we did

Three moves that built the brand.

01

A site that sells, and ads that feed it

We built a website made to sell, with demo and lead signups at every turn, then the platform for paid ads so every click had somewhere to go. We strategized the pricing structure and rebuilt checkout to remove friction.

  • A selling website built for speed, clarity and SEO
  • Paid ads platform, demo and lead signup
  • Pricing structure and checkout strategy

02

Every lead, followed through

We set up their CRM, a nurturing program and a newsletter, so interest turned into trials and trials turned into customers. Social networking, outreach and syndication carried the message to the places buyers already spend time.

  • CRM setup
  • Nurturing program and newsletter
  • Social networking, outreach and syndication

03

Answers people search for

Funded competitors bought their traffic. Reach earned it. Every week the calendar shipped answers to the exact questions accountants were asking: blogs, videos, FAQs, webinars and a newsletter. Each piece was built to rank in Google and get quoted by AI assistants, so the traffic kept compounding long after it went live.

  • A weekly calendar built from real user questions
  • Every post written to rank and to be quoted by AI
  • Featured search spots grew from 20 to 400

Every click has a next step.
